Chapter 1: An Eevee from Tochigi

Unknown in Inner Circular Route, a black Honda HSV-010 GT was doing time attack times around the route. Bypassing the Yaesu Route, the HSV-010 GT, in full-black body, was challenged by a yellow-colored Lexus LFA. The two machines raced side-by-side, with the yellow car attempting to take over the lead. The HSV-010, overtook by the LFA through inner-side of a turn, spinned out, failing to complete the time trial. Fortunately, it was not crashed.

The LFA's whereabouts are unknown. It's rumored that it was roaming the Shuto Expressways, while others say it was disappeared.

Four days later, the yellow Lexus reappeared again in the touge racing scene. In Tochigi Prefecture, a Nissan Fairlady Z was testing at Irohazaka, clocking the times on the twisty roads. The unknown car was behind this Z, and overtook it. Later, the Fairlady Z lost control, spinned out but not crashed. This car was turned out to be the same car as the Lexus that run on Shutokou expressway.

Wataru Kondo, an Eevee racer from Tochigi Prefecture and a member of Utsunomiya-based "Team Tochigi Blades", comes out to ask that Z driver what happened. The Fairlady Z driver told him about the mysterious car. Wataru then took on his Skyline, and goes to challenge the Lexus.

However, three days later, the team received humiliating defeat, and none of them could challenge the LFA. As the team's horsepower limit was below 600 horsepower, and the Lexus was above 800 horsepower, many team members chose to leave. This forced the team to disband immediately and forever.

Later, Wataru Kondo sent his Skyline to Mine's tuning shop, upgrading his car's engine power. The power bump was from 600hp to 900hp, an 50% improvement.

August 1 2015

An all new day for an Eevee driver and a blue Skyline from Utsunomiya, Wataru goes to Tokyo for his own leisure. It was a sunny summer, with extremely high temperatures at 45 degree celsius. Many here are getting thirsty, and some were killed in this extremely drought season. This made Wataru goes into rest in a restaurant.

Inside a restaurant in Shinjuku, Wataru sat silently, on the eating table. His arms were placed on the desk, and he became patiently on his face, watching around the waiters.

Wataru gets asked by one of the Vulpix waiters at this restaurant.
“Hello, sweetie. What you want to drink?” a Vulpix waiter asked with a smile.
“Just give me a glass of Coca-Cola Zero.” Wataru said softly on his serious face.
“Okay.” The waiter said. “We got an order of Coca-Cola Zero for table 8!”
Seconds later, a glass of Coca-Cola Zero was placed on the table. Wataru took a sip on it.

Meanwhile, a Lexus LFA was parked nearby the restaurant, and the Minun driver goes down from his car. Walking onto the restaurant, he sees an Eevee, who is enjoying his drink. The driver then sat down and looked at the Eevee’s serious face.

"Hey. How are you?"
"This is a disturbingly hot place outside. Not even you can eat ice here. It’s an insane thing in Japan."
"Yup. Anyway, I'm not here to talk about the weather. I'm here to talk to you..."
"M...Me?"
"You're Wataru Kondo, aren't you?"
"Y...yeah? How'd you know?"
"The fastest in Tochigi Prefecture... hmm... I can't believe I'm actually met with the person who drives fast Skylines over the years... Forgot about introductions. My name is Mitsuhashi Matsuda..."
"Nice to meet you Mitsuhashi-kun."
"Call me Shinden if you want... Mitsuhashi is fine too..."
"Okay... Shinden-san..."
"I saw one of your current races on this Shuto Expressway, and I say, you got potential... how old are you?"
"I'm 28."
"Twenty-eight... Yep. At this age, street racers are looking pretty young. Some even still race till their fifties. How old are you, Wataru?"
"Twenty-one.”
“Twenty-one? Hmm... Not too young but not too late to start either... Your Skyline looks new.”
“Thanks.”
“You you like to join my new team? There’s lots of Japanese luxuries there.”
“Lexus? Infiniti? Acura?” Wataru confused as he only knows the existence of Lexus in Japan.
“Yep. But not Infiniti nor Acura. This group have only me there. To show you my sincere apology, Wataru... let me invite you for tea and biscuits at my place. Please. Follow me." Mitsuhashi said in a gentleman like manner.
"Fine!" Wataru was excited. He’s going to acknowledge the Japanese luxuries soon.

At night in Twin Ring Motegi’s Super Speedway, Wataru and Mitsuhashi had a race, and the cars in the starting line of Suzuka Circuit are all set. Two cars, a Nissan V37 Skyline Sedan and a Lexus LFA10 LFA.

“Are you ready to race?” Mitsuhashi asked.
“Yep. It’s just a pratice.” Wataru said.

The red light blinks on all sets. The drivers start to rev their engines. The second light blinks on all sets. Two drivers got hold of their raised handbrakes. Then the light turns green and both cars have blasted out of the starting point.

As a 4WD car with higher power and high grip, Wataru leads in the first turn of the Speedway section, leading Mitsuhashi’s Lexus LFA. As they enter the next corner after the first turn, Mitsuhashi glances at the Skyline and wonders. "Was this an aerodynamic effect?"
